Telehealth2U is an online service connecting people across Australia to qualified health care professionals for their individual health care needs.

With the current changes in Telehealth eligibility by the Australian government, health practitioners at Telehealth2U are now able to offer bulk-billed GP, medical specialist and certain allied health appointments to all people across Australia, regardless of where you live.

How do I book an appointment?

A team of medical and allied health professionals are available through a video conferencing platform allowing for easy access to tailored health services in your own time and space. 

 

You can request an appointment online or we can receive a referral from your GP. We will then arrange a suitable appointment time with you.  

Your appointment will be through a secure online portal and can be easily accessed from a computer, smart phone or tablet at home or at your GP’s practice.

Request an appointment with us by filling out a simple online form and attaching a referral letter from your GP if required.

** All specialist appointments require a referral. 

You will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange an appointment with your health care provider.

If further information is required it will be requested before your online consult.

Ensure you have internet connection and access to a 

smart device (such as computer, tablet or smart phone) available during your scheduled appointment.

Select a comfortable place to have your consult. 

Prior to your consult, a unique link will be sent out to connect you to your health care provider.

Simply click it and follow the prompts to begin your session. 

Who can access Telehealth2U's services?

Anyone living in Australia can access our online services. 

 

All you need to get started is:

1. Access to a computer, tablet/iPad or smart phone and a reliable internet connection

2. If requesting a specialist appointment – A GP referral

3. A Credit Card (Note: You will not be charged for bulk billed appointments. Late cancellations or Non-attendance of appointments will incur a fee.)   
 

Most of our specialist services are bulk billed for Aged Care residents, Aboriginal medical service or an Aboriginal community controlled health service.  If you live outside a major city you may also be eligible for bulk billed services.  To check if you are in a Telehealth Eligible area and qualify please click here.
